Unfortunately, I'm three days late in sharing this from my actual appointment but that's how awesome my experience was with my hair stylist, Morgan. I'm super picky about who cuts my hair and I've gone through so many places to cut my hair but end up disappointed, and I don't have it in me to tell someone I didn't like the cut. I usually show a picture as an idea, knowing very well that they are the professional, so if they don't think the cut will work, I'll want to know but most say they can do it and it ends up sub-par. Except for this place and especially Morgan, who was extremely knowledgeable, and polite; honestly I was visiting family and I wish I could fly her to Maryland every time I need a haircut or coloring too! So far, I've had good experiences with SuperCuts, so thank you Morgan!!

I called to ensure that they had my new phone number so that I could be called when it was time to enter the salon for my scheduled haircut appointment, as has been the procedure since they reopened during the COVID pandemic. The employee who answered and spoke to me was exasperated that I would want to confirm that they had my current number. So I ended not confirming my current number. The rude employee was NOT Morgan. Morgan is always polite and professional, as well as being a fantastic stylist.
Great service. I come here every time I need a haircut and they do a wonderful job. I like how simple it is because they keep note of what cut you usually get. Even with COVID causing interruptions, the quality and service is still the same. I recommend making an appointment here for sure.
Back before the Corona season I went there and was taken in quickly and had one of the quickest and best hair cuts I've ever had.thanks MacKenzie!
