This is such a wonderful community to live in! I have been living here for a few months and have had a wonderful experience. The leasing agents were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the initial leasing process - they allowed me to tour several units and offered me many options. They were also very patient with me and understanding of my needs.nnThe community itself is very accessible; my mailbox and the garbage/recycling bins are very close by. I have never had an issue with parking - every unit has an assigned space very close to their front entrance. The leasing office is also very prompt to inform the community about weather alerts and when the snow plow is on site. My neighbors are very friendly and quiet. Occasionally, I hear a dog bark, but it’s nothing out of the ordinary. (I also live in a unit very close to the dog park area and I hardly hear anything. The windows are very sound proof!)nnI highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a quiet location with easy access to I-84, plenty of local restaurants and shopping, and an affordable, cozy apartment.

My boyfriend and I have lived in Briar knoll since October 2017. My brother then moved in with us in a renovated 2 bedroom in September 2018. We all love it here.nWe enjoy many of the amenities that come with living here such as the dog park, the pool and the laundry facilities. All are clean and easily accessible.nEvery interaction we have had with any staff here has been pleasant and courteous..Maintenance is incredibly timely and thorough if you have an issue.nLocation is convenient with stores and restaurants nearby.nWould highly recommend living here.

I moved in few months ago & enjoying my apartment & the community. Suzanne, 1 of the leasing agent was wonderful. She helped me every step of the process. The staffs are very friendly & helpful. This is a great place to live & I’m very pleased with everything. I’m happy to call this place home. The facility is very clean. They always send out emails to make sure we are updated with everything. Lot of visitors parking space. I’m Looking forward to living here many years to come.

We have lived at Briar Knoll for almost 2 years now and absolutely love it! It’s a wonderful apartment with great amenities. We particularly love it here, not just because it is pet-friendly, but because they have an awesome dog park. Additionally, they have plenty of visitor parking spaces, and a large outdoor pool that makes summertime even better.

I have been living at Briar Knoll for a year and a half now. Overall, it’s been a good experience. I would recommend it to a friend. I appreciate that my dogs are welcome here. They enjoy the dog park and it’s definitely nice to have– only, most residents don’t pick up after their pets. It’s quite disturbing. Maintenance when needed in the apartment is always timely and knowledgeable.
