Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Always good, easy to grab, cook to your perfection and enjoy. You just cant beat it. If you're feeling froggy then try pepperoni, pineapple and green olives. Thank me later.

I haven't had papa Murphy's in a long time and now they have a bunch of new stuff since I was there last time. They have udi's gluten free pizza which is awesome and I had the pan pizza for the first time and it was fantastic. Very suprising that we ended up liking it so much. Plus curbside delivery to the trunk is great during this covid 19 pandemic.

I ordered two pizzas through the app. My bank account was charged, I had an email receipt, and an app receipt. When I arrived to the location at the designated time the app told me, the workers did not have my order ready. They did not even have my order. The manager came to make sure her worker’s were for sure about the order not being received. She then asked me if I ordered dominos and went to the wrong location. I showed her my phone which displayed the order on the app. She first said, “are you sure that you ordered through us, that isn’t even our app, our app doesn’t have pink, I’m sorry.” I then backed out of the app and reopened the app telling her, “yes this is your app.” Then she asked me to check my bank account and make sure the order went through. I showed her the order, and then she went away to take more orders. After waiting in the lobby, over an hour an a half of waiting for our two simple pizzas. She said that we would just make us the pizzas. We went to our car and waited for them to bring us the pizzas as instructed, and when we finally got what they brought us, it wasn’t even the correct pizza we ordered and showed them. I love Papa Murphy’s but I just don’t understand how ordering a pizza could be so hard; especially when we used the app. The manager should have accepted my order receipt I showed her, made a little apology to us, and told us that they didn’t receive our order but they would make us our pizzas right away! We would have been fine with that, but instead we did not receive any apology, and were pushed aside. This Papa Murphy’s does not have the appropriate management at this time who will provide you with good customer service.

Fast friendly service!!! Wasnt sure about buying a pizza and having to take it home and cook it but it was very good they fill the pizza with the toppings you ask for instead off barely covering it like alot of places

Pizza was good. Service was good. BUT, you shouldn't put coupons in Retailmenot.com, if you aren't going to honor them. For that reason asking. Probably won't be back.
