I had to turn the signs light on for the employees, there was only two people working a very busy night shift. They need for employees.

it seems like this location has a staffing issue ,lately they close the drive through 4-5 hours early . how about you pay your employees a decent wagennupdate: this place doesn't want business. went to the drive through to order an item , was told you have to order it online only even though i was right there , fine . i ordered something else was told we don't have it anymore . so i just drove away and never coming back .this location has to be the worst in the country

I am not a big fast-food fan and very rarely eat Taco Bell ud83cudf2eud83dudd14 I give Taco Bell 3 stars but this particular restaurant customer service was ud83dudcaf above and beyond. My friend went in for 1 item and then decided at the last minute to buy more, they told us to drive to the side and they would bring the order to the car.nMy friend apologized for holding up the line and the staff understood and even laughed and had a quick chat. Very personal and professional. Just Awesome!

Just waited 45mim to get 3 $5 boxed in drive threw. I've never been so disappointed with Taco Bell then tonight smh. I remember when I worked at this taco bell and it was ran amazing but now that Trista the manager is gone it has seemed to go down hill.

Rude employees. They forgot a huge part of our order, gave us things we didn’t order and also didn’t give us the things we ordered. None of it was right. Tried calling multiple times hoping they could fix this so I didn’t have to wait another 45 min in the drive thru, and no answer. They truly don’t care here and you can tell.
