We made more than 15 trips to Star Hardware in Tolland, CT this weekend. I was impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff. Everyone was extremely l knowledgeable. If a staff member was unfamiliar with a section, they immediately call another staff member to help. There was always someone available to answer questions. Great store, great staff and great experiences.
They have lots of stuff, sometimes you got to look for it. Decent prices for no being a box store. Customer service and getting help is always a bit lacking.
Great store, always have what you need. Staff is very helpful and plentiful.
I shop at star hardware as much as possible. We need to help keep this store open. They have just about everything the big stores have. Friendly and priced right.
