Being a TradenProfessional with five contractors licenses andna State of Connecticut Assistant BuildingnOfficial Certification my previous home hasnmany features not found in the average home.nRob made a great effort to learn about mynhome and property features and put together anvery good program to sell the property.nThrough the sale I had many concerns aboutnthe property and how the sale was progressing.nRob was always available to discus mynconcerns and talk them through. I realize nownthat if I left the complete sale in Rob &nTammy’s hands and just went about mynbusiness, the Arute team would have handlednthe complete process with the same endnresults. Rob was by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. He was always available to answer questions and was an absolute pleasure. My wife and I had numerous experiences with other realtors and we always felt like we were given lackluster effort, that is until we met Rob who is a worker and super friendly. Thanks Rob!

Tammy is without a doubt the rudest realtor I’ve ever worked with. She has no business working with the public and deserves to have her license revoked due to her unethical practices. Stay away.

What a team! Tammy and Rob sold our home in under two weeks. They always responded quickly to our questions. They are the third realtors we have dealt with though the years and I could not believe the expertise and professionalism exhibited by the Arutes. They were both so respectful and treated us as if we had a million dollar home. We had considered foreclosure because of our crumbling foundation but they sold our house, saved our credit, and helped us move on from a terribly stressful situation. Priceless experience !

Rob the owner has quite the temper. Hot-headed guy. Couldn't believe his rudeness and lack of professionalism. I bought a house that he listed. Would never consider buying a property he is selling ever again. However, he was such a jerk, I would actually use him to sell a house, maybe. Hah. One Star though, he really is terrible.
