I went to H.R. Wellness for the first time on my birthday, and my facial and reflexology were great treats! This is a very nice, comfortable spa-not a fussy, snooty one. I immediately felt at ease with Rose, my aesthetician, for the previous stated services. She was very informative when addressing my skin, and I left feeling and looking pretty great if I do say so myself! It'd be awesome if they ever offered led light treatments, dermaplaning, and/or fillers and the like, but they do have a terrific menu just the same. I'll be going back tomorrow!
I wanted to try a reflexology message as well as a pedicure so I called HR Wellness Spa. Rose was able to get me in and holy smokes best pedicure I have ever had & the reflexology message was so relaxing and wonderful. Going forward I will continue to have my pedicures done here at H.R.Wellness. So highly recommend H.R. Wellness I can’t wait to try some of their other services (as soon as CT lifts restrictions from Covid-19)nRose thank you for a perfect pamper Pam day.

Lauren is a miracle worker.20 minutes in her capable hands, and felt rejuvenated and far more confident. She was able to shape my brows and therefore framing my face, all the while chatting with me like a long lost best friend. Lauren makes even the most inexperienced (hello me) beauty clientele feel at ease.
My expectations have been exceeded!! I have very dry, acne prone skin. I have not treated my face ever! I was thoroughly educated on the importance of keeping my skin hydrated and clean to reduce my acne and keeping my skin feeling and looking smooth. I received the best facial. Lauren was extremely professional I would highly recommend her and h.r wellness to all my friends and family. It was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. It’s a very beautiful and calming atmosphere as well! Thanks so much to Lauren and staff you’re amazing I’ll be returning for sure!
