It gets 1 star for not being well maintained. Many broken machines, a gas dryer in the front I’ve used there before this time didn’t heat well and what took 30 mins to dry last time now took one hour resulting in spending more money. Many Wascomat front loaders all have mold growth in the detergent compartments. The smallest stainless steel Maytag front loaders in the front didn’t spin the water out of the clothes enough, again more money spent on the dryer. Dirty floors, smell of sewage at the back of the room. It would be helpful to have a designated washer and dryer for those who use free and clear or unscented detergents due to allergies or just not liking your laundry smelling like the last persons detergent.

I wish I could give this place a better rating but it is impossible lately. This laundromat should not be open at the current state and DESPERATELY needs maintenance. Literally half of the machines have signs posted indicating they are not operating. 1/4 do not work but no sign is posted, which means you will waste your money trying to use them just to have to switch to another one. The floors are constantly dirty and the place is messy. Every Monday some lady from the animal shelter goes there and takes over all the (few) machines that are working. This is unsanitary and the owners should be proactive about it. As a long time costumer (due to need, not choice), I feel disrespected by the fact they think this place is in operating conditions. Honestly, take your business somewhere else if you value your clothes and money.
Wish I could give them negative stars. Machines don't run frequently and no one repairs them. No one on-site to help you. And charges way too much. They are basically looting their customers.
