I'm the type of person who vaccuums a few times a week and thought it was pretty clean. Just recently my pet was sick and I need some spots done. I can even begin to talk about how good of job they did. My home is perfect. No big smells (with the pet treatment) and the carpet and rug looks brand new. Thank you so much.

Miguel was very professional and courteous. Our carpets seem clean. They did take until this am to dry and some areas are a little damp.. The only negative issue we had was none of our pet stains came out. We are in the process of reaching back out to see why.
