I have had to use rainbow twice in the last 6 years - once for when my exterior water faucet froze and flooded my basement and recently when my washing machine broke and flooded my laundry room and water went into the basement - Both times Ned and his team were fast to react and their efforts kept a bad situation from getting worse. Highly recommend their service. Thanks again for the outstanding service!!

Overcharge and wouldn't give you estimate. Overcharge at the end of job. I would say don't ever use rainbow international

Lee was amazing! He took care of my problem within 24 hours of me calling. He was accommodating and very helpful! I will definitely keep Rainbow and Lee on my call list when I need help again!

Horrible experience. We had discovered mold in our basement. We called Rainbow and I was pleasantly surprised they could come out and look at the problem in two days. I am 7 months pregnant and were trying to get new carpet in and was very stressed with this finding of mold. Lee came out from Rainbow and was zero help. He did not do any testing or further investigation and was telling us we had to rip out all of our walls. Then said they couldn't help us for 3 weeks anyway. We had no new answers and no where to turn. The issue still not resolved as we do not know what our next steps are. Very disappointing.

I had a really good experience with Rainbow International. With this winter being quite exceptional, we had some ice dams on the front of our house. Before we could get them taken care of there was a leak into our kitchen through our cupboard. After cleaning out the ice dams and the snow on the roof, we still didn't know how much damage might have happened. I called them and was greeted with someone who took notes on my issue and then connected me promptly with a expert technician, Bob Miller. The technician arrived at our house and was very professional and made a thorough evaluation and suggestions for correcting the problem. Luckily, there was no further remediation needed, and only a vent to be replaced. The estimate and evaluation was done at no cost to us. It was nice to have the peace of mind of getting our issue professionally evaluated. I was pleased.
