They actually got red alcohol ink, which had been there for at least a year, out of a light-beige carpet! Technicians knew their stuff and even educated me on the best way to spot-treat pet stains and other common spills. Carpet looks great and, after deodorizing treatment, my house smells fresh and clean! Pricing is also more than fair. I will definitely be using Steam Masters in West Fargo again!

They were able to get us in right away. The gentleman was very nice and professional. My carpets look and smell wonderful! They were even able to get most of a nail polish spill out!

I got on their schedule super fast and the work was AMAZING. My carpets have never looked or felt better! We were about to replace them after trying to clean them on our own.
