Windermere village is a thoroughly cozy community. You enter in and get this family-feel with kids running around that kind of instantly peps you up. The houses are all single-family with trails around it with a small pond at the entrance. There's also a small trail and a couple of picnic spots in the woods beside the river that allows to plan for a weekend brunch out in the woods; knowing you are not more a shout-away from the residential area adds comfort. A great place to bring up kids and have lovely neighbors for life.

Neighborhood is very nice. Lots of families. Only qualms are the landscaping is not good. They’ve messed up the sidewalks by cutting in too far and now it’s all rocks and weeds. It needs to be dug up, tilled and reseeded. The roads are also in poor condition. Also be careful driving through most of the children have no regard for vehicles and etiquette on the roadways. Stay safe.
