GMAC is the best. We called for service and the owner, Glenn arrived on time. We discussed our issues and Glenn explained everything that concerned us. He educated us on some issues and above all, he not only was professional, but really down to earth. He answered all of our concerns and we would highly recommend his services to all, you will not be disappointed for he is a seasoned pro and his prices are very reasonable.
Glenn is very professional and very personable. He is straight to the point, knowledgeable, honest, punctual and responsive. He took the time to explain everything to me and helped me find the right replacement parts I needed for the least money possible. His prices are very reasonable and I know I can call him again with any questions I may have and he would be willing to help answer them for me or stop over to take a look at something. Glenn was on time, very knowledgeable, cleaned up after himself, and at a very fair price. I would recommend him strongly.
Glen was awesome. My hot water tank was leaking and he suggested contacting the company to see if they would warranty the tank. I called and they covered replacement of the tank, saved me $1500. There were couple other minor plumbing issues that Glen just took care of while he was here to replace the tank. Best contractor I have ever had work done by. Recommend Glen to anyone needing plumbing or heating work done.
We had just moved in to an old home that needed a lot of help fast. Glenn was the first and nearly only plumber to return my call and was out there the next day. Great service! Thorough quality repairs to the water line to our fridge as well as hooking up the new dishwasher (this was a much bigger job than that it sounds). Definitely would recommend Glenn to anyone. He shines in a field where reliable service is so hard to find.
