So , I had no water and I called the company Friday. I spoke to a gentleman on Friday night to schedule an appointment on Saturday morning. The gentleman came and in less than two minutes he was able to bypass the water filter system. The issue was with bubble system which they don’t service. So they referred me to another company. $110 out the door for a Saturday house call. ( he did gave me $10 discount). But the fact they never mentioned the price while I was in the phone with them is rip off. Please call someone else and ask in advance if they charge for house call. I think $50 would have been fair. They deserve negative star.
