Great team that works here! They always do their best to make sure our food is on time (when ordering on the app, which is much better than having to wait in line), and are very friendly and positive. Our orders are always correct and they do their best to accommodate if they're out of a particular ingredient. They've done a great job adapting to the COVID pandemic and were one of the few restaurants that were open for take-out when the state allowed it. My only wish is that they were one of the stores that honors the $5 foot long deals that are advertised.

Treated abysmally by Amber, an unprofessional manager!nnWe ordered dinner for 6 people last night, and everything was correct, except for my wife's breakfast wrap. We paid extra for guac and didn't get it, nor did we get cheese. The wrap was also cold when we got home (we picked up almost exactly on time, so it's not like it sat around). A few bites in, she was put off by how cold it was and considered reheating it but then discovered the cheese and guac were missing. We didn't have time to go back yesterday, so she went back today.nnWell, the manager was rude as could be about it. She took the wrap and inspected it (apparently she didn't believe my wife...do people often bring back a 1/3 eaten wrap and ask for it to be remade while trying to commit fraud or something? Seems unlikely to be a winning strategy, huh?), and she was muttering negative, condescending comments audibly the whole time the crew remade it.nnI'm in disbelief still that this person is the manager. There are so many other friendly, kind employees at this location.nnWe will not be returning.

Excellent service, the sandwich was so fresh, I barely had to wait during rather lunch rush to order. Vaishali made the sandwich perfectly to what I ordered and made it a fun experience. Amber rang me out and had a great attitude that was really happy and professional. Best subway ever!!!
