I could spend hours in this store. Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff, tons of unique products. My go to place for anything hardware or yard related.
Very well stocked ,but the female was scary and mean looking wasn't going to ask her anything ,took longer to find what i needed but was worth it left a biscuit on floor for her paid and ran , will come back soon but with more treats.
I've been in Ellington area for 50 yearsnAnd star Hardware has always been a top shelf Hardware that has everything you would ever need. Even sense Home Depot and Lowe's I still choose to support star Hardware in Ellington and Tolland. Reserved equipment for a job less than 10 minutes from the store. The equipment was delivered almost 2 hours late by the store owner Jim who did not care that he was late one bit. No phone call no apologies nothing but rude. No customer service.
