Currently living here and have had so many problems within the first month. I get it’s “student housing”, but didn’t realize the professionalism and attentiveness stooped this low - it’s still a property that needs to be taken care of. I’ve lived in another rental unit prior, and at least they handled things in a timely manner. My family/close friends work in property management and own rental properties so I know what good quality service looks like - this is not it. Students go spend your money else where!
