Kevin Rockoff from Rockoff Realty listed and sold my house with only a 1% commission fee! He is a full service professional realtor which typically charge 2 1/2 or 3% to sell your property. Kevin was very efficient, professional and easily accessible when needed. He was very experienced and knowledgeable of the housing industry. He made suggestions on staging my property and had very professional photos taken which presented my home in the best possible light. I would definitely recommend working with Rockoff Realty.

Kevin was an absolutely incredible person to work with for our home buying experience. We found him through his amazing 1% fee initiative where he only takes 1% of the sale as opposed to 3.5%, saving us thousands of dollars! As he says, he doesn’t have a magic wand, he can’t just show us houses that we can’t already see, so why should he take this 3.5% fee. Very honest and always tries to get you the most bang for your buck. Down to earth and not just in it to make a dollar. We worked with Kevin for a couple months and the house we ended up buying is our dream home! Kevin was responsive, helpful, and was not afraid to do the dirty work and he was the first one to head into a crawl space or an attic. He’s also just the kinda guy you’d wanna have a beer with, which made this whole home buying process incredibly relaxed! Recommend Kevin and Rockoff Realty to any and all!

I worked with Kevin on selling my house in Columbia, CT. It was so easy to work with Kevin compared to other realtors I had dealt with in the past. His approach to running his business and providing excellent service was a breath of fresh air. I didn't have to worry about anything as he had it all under control. He even provided a professional photographer at no charge to take pictures of the house which definitely helped in generating interest in the property.nWithin 4 weeks we had the house sold after getting multiple offers. Kevin was invaluable through the whole process from showing the house to working with me on the negotiations. Beware. When trying to bid on a listing from this Realtor, they were completely unresponsive. Days of emails and calls ignored. Surprising how a business can operate like this. Avoid if possible.nnUPDATE:nnSince Kevin seems so eager to sit on google reviews all day, one can only assume he owns a phone? Why is it when people call your phone you don't pick it up Kevin? Why is your voicemail box full Kevin? Why do you not respond to emails Kevin? Why in the illustrated logo of yourself you thought it necessary to wear a medallion with the logo on it, effectively making a logo ouroboros - Kevin? FOLLOW THE MONEY KEVIN. FOLLOW THE MONEY.
