Reason I first went in was to support a local business rather than a big box as I myself am a small business owner. I needed to purchase a few things, but one thing that I was looking for that I thought I needed was extra weather strip padding for my commercial office door to shut more quietly. A The owner could have just sold me what I was looking for, but rather he walked me to their front commercial door to show me what I needed to adjust on the door in the springs and gave me the knowledgeable how to fix it myself rather then selling me extra padding. He was extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable!nI will be a customer for life!
