You can't go wrong choosing her if you're considering buying or selling a home, and in fact her level of professionalism, knowledge, and customer service will spoil you and set your bar very high for any other customer service professional you work with. You will be so glad you did.nnNow for the details:nMy husband and I have had the privilege of working with Lisa twice -- the first time was to buy our first home, and most recently our second was to sell our first home and move into a larger home. Both of the times we worked with Lisa, we ended up having extremely difficult, complicated, and challenging transactions; however, Lisa took these head on, walked us through every step with patience and care, and answered our million questions even if we asked them multiple times without making us feel bad. During our initial experience, we also had first home buyer jitters, and she was very understanding and took the time to make the overwhelming feel doable and was very thorough in her explanations to ensure we felt comfortable and informed about everything that was happening.nnShe definitely has a wealth of knowledge about Westerly / the surrounding areas and the real estate market in general, and we have always felt she was upfront and honest. She was also great in sharing her experience and recommendations with us to ensure we had enough information to make the best decisions we could. We felt well informed throughout the entire process both times.nnShe is extremely responsive to any and all questions you have, and you can trust that she always has your best interest in mind. We truly felt that Lisa prioritized our needs and desires first and that always came above what was best for her (which unfortunately is not very common these days). One example is we were looking to buy our next home on a limited budget, and when we started asking about homes above that limit, she answered our questions, but was great about ensuring we really thought through the ramifications of a higher price. Most Realtors would jump and even push their buyers for higher priced properties, but Lisa wanted to ensure she was helping us find a home that was best for us financially and one we would not regret later down the line.nnShe is flexible and hard working, and she will always be in your corner supporting and even fighting for you. During our most recent experience with buying a home, we ran into issues with our seller, and she addressed the issues quickly on our behalf to ensure we were given the respect we deserved. She later remarked that she makes it a point to ensure her clients are not mistreated by anyone who is inexperienced or unprofessional. And her actions definitely support her words.nnShe is genuine, honest, and not pushy or salesy-like at all. She also has a great sense of humor even after taking us to see our twentieth house. We ended up buying our first home at a great price, selling our first home at a great price, and buying our second home at a great price. What more can you ask for, especially in this economy??nnI can't say enough positive things about her, and if I could give her 10 stars I would! And if I wrote all the things she either did well or went above and beyond on, you would be reading a novel.nnI know she might sound too good to be true, but she's the real deal.
