I brought my good down quilt in a couple of weeks ago for an annual dry cleaning, and when I brought it home I found 7 black marks that looked like magic marker stains, randomly scattered on the top side. I brought it back to the store and the woman behind the counter was quite rude, acted put out about it, and demanded that I show her exactly where the marks were and never offered any sort of apology. I just picked it up today, one week later, and the marks were still there when I unfolded it at home. I will not be going back. For a $38 cleaning charge, I came home with a permanently stained quilt and a bad impression of this business.
AWFUL SERVICE. Dropped an item off 2 weeks before I need it. It had to be shipped out but I was assured it would get it on the date on the slip multiple times. I told them if they weren’t sure I wouldn’t get it back in time I wouldn’t have it cleaned. They took my number and said they’d call if there was a problem. No call. Go the day before it’s due to check, and the attendant at the desk was clueless. Went back the next day and got someone slightly more competent, who essentially shook their shoulders at me, and didn’t seem to care. No management to talk to. STAY AWAY
They always do a great job. Note, this is not a I e day service like Zips
Prompt professional and quick service. Dropped items off Monday and received them back Thursday evening as promised (with 4th of July being on Wednesday). Would revisit.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE FOR WEDDING DRESSES UNLESS YOU WANT IT TO BE GONE OVER A MONTH!!!! This place is horrible when it comes to letting the customer know what is going on. My wedding dress was dropped off and they said it would be done July 1st. I did not hear a phone call and figured maybe since the holiday is coming up so I gave them a few days still nothing I called and they said it's not ready.. I called a few days later still not ready... then I called a third time asking to speak to a manager. He was sorry it was taking so long but they were waiting for a box... seriously?! The 3 other times I called noone could tell me this? I finally picked up my dress July 15!!! It was suppose to be done the first! Then I expressed my feelings to the people at the desk and they apologized but couldn't give me a discount but left a note for manager and its been a week and I heard nothing. This place did a good job but horrible with communication and something as important as my wedding dress I figure they would be able to tell me more. Do not use them for wedding things!!!!! They do the dress in house too which makes it worse. I will never use them again. Highly disappointed in customer help.
