This place must have switched ownership because it has really gone downhill. Half the vacuums don’t work There’s trash all over the place. It’s disgusting. It’s too bad because I’ve been coming here for 15 years. Time to find a new car wash. The employees are friendly though. I give the employees 5 stars.
Nice wash, the dry machine doesn't dry as well as others.
Paid for the top wash got the bottom wash went back around they sent me through again I got the middle wash never got what I paid for hardly any rinse water vehicle left full of soap lousy job
Awkward experience. Waited in line, was skipped over by the somewhat lethargic employee. The wash was OK, but nothing special for the money. Having to drive around the building again to get a vacuum was annoying to begin with, and then I waited long enough while another lethargic employee did a confused job on the car in front of me. I got fed up and left without the vacuum. I agree with prior reviewers, Submarine in Groton may have a line, but they are more organized and don't require you to stay in the car or drive around a second time. I won't go back.
Very clumsy set up. My first and last time there. Drove up and was waved around a vacuum station right to the hook up for a wash. Picked an expensive wash option $34.00 plus tax. Was hooked up and pulled through what was barely more than a robot wash. No one did the windows or the vacuum job otr the tires or the wipes the door jamsnGo to Submarine wash in Groton. You get so much more for so much less money.
