Today it happened again. I place the order on line for a pickup. Two hours later when I eat it, I find only the meat and bread choice were correct. All the veggies were almost just the opposite of my choices. It happens about every third order placed on line. I'm just going to have to stop using the online option.
Yay! I was so happy on my visit today when I spotted Jonathan at work behind the counter! He had always been so fantastic working over at the Sunoco Subway and hoped he was ok after the closing of that location. But he was at the Waterford location today and YAY! Jonathan really goes above and beyond in his interactions with customers...he is always SO polite and professional! He explained all the cleaning that is now in place. You can really tell that he likes working with people and that he is definitely going to go far! I will definitely be visiting more often since I really feel he does a great job at everything! I KNOW my food will be great and the service will be excellent if Jonathan is there! My favorite Subway guy EVER! (and no...I don't know him personally...I'm just really impressed by excellent customer service when I see it!)
Amazing food at great prices with plenty of healthy choices and alternatives there’s no end to how good you can make your sub. Enjoy great customer service and a place to sit and relax.
I had a Sweet Teriyaki grinder. It was very delicious with enough meat and condiments.
They def have a good staff working there now... they provide good customer service
