Great shopping here. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of their products and gave great professional advice. I went in to compare water heater brands, warranties and of course cost.nnThey were very competitive and had their items in stock for delivery. My contractor spoke very highly of them and I was impressed. I never would have guessed this place was here but, I know now.nnMost importantly, I feel very confident buying my heater here. The warranty comes full, not prorated. A 6 year warranty is for the full 6 years, of ownership not prorated.
Due to a leaky bathroom faucet, needed to replace rubber seats & springs. F. W. Webb charged me $11.31 for the tiny Delta parts (springs and rubber seats). I went home and looked up the part number on line and found the SAME part at Lowes for $4.49! Amazon price for same item is $1.25!!!nnI'm a homeowner and not a plumbing contractor. If you are NOT a plumbing contractor, prepare to be GOUGED! Faucet is now fixed and I will be returning the overpriced parts tomorrow for a refund.
