I literally witness a girl sweeping the floor then turn around & try to make my sandwich with the same gloves. That is so nasty & that’s why I won’t order off the app. I go in frequently & see them making people’s sandwiches off the app but they don’t change their gloves then when you ask for them to change their gloves they act like they are mad.

The sandwich artist did a fine job on all of my sandwiches, and everything tasted fresh. My gripes are only with Subway discontinuing so many old & popular sandwich options that are loved by so many.nNo Roast Beef, No Rotiserrie Chicken, No Roasted Peppers, to name a few. It seems they are also getting cheap with the $5 footlong & buy one get one free coupon deals too these days.

My husband and I ordered two subs on the app for pick up. Got all the back home excited to eat what we ordered only to find out that what we got wasn’t what we ordered. Husband had ran in to grab our food. Called ten times with the first time someone picked up the phone and hung up on me with no hi or anything. We ended up just eating what was given to us. Last time I order on the app for pick up at the Norwich location.

This kid multiple times stands at the door at 830- 9pm yelling, yo we ain't got no bread. He does this alot, your business is losing money. This kid eats your payroll and refuses to serve customers. Like a dozen times this happen to us.

Good prices for the subs. The bread is soft. I personally like soft bread. Variety of sub types. Staff is so nice. Quick and hard working. Clean and well kept.
