Renshaw Plumbing is Quality. Returned my phone call within 15 minutes, scheduled a call for the next day, tech showed up on time... Very professional, high-quality service, fixed my issue the first time. I would recommend them to a friend!
2 stars!nI can't comment on the quality of work, because they never showed up to my house. However, the man I spoke to on the phone knew exactly what my problem was as soon as I explained the issue. He wasn't able to make it out same day, so he referred me to another company that could help. After calling and calling all different plumbers, I couldn't get someone out to fix my navien ncb180 that day. So I called back and made an appointment for the next Monday. Monday comes and no call and no plumber. I call on Tuesday and I'm told they would call me back. No call. So I ordered the part myself and fixed it myself. Haven't heard from them in 3 days. I guess they were to busy to help me. But they could've just said that instead of blowing me off.
my sister's furnace had died ( needed a reset & cleaning)nthe response time ( around the Christmas Holiday) was very goodnthe tech was great- efficient, personable , & neat. did an evaluation, an over due/ much needed cleaning & even changed the really dirty filter out at the fuel tank ( which the company hat did the last cleaning did not even check).

I had no hot water, a friend referred me to Renshaw plumbing & Heating I told my friend I was wanting reasonable pricing and friendly service. That is exactly what I got with Renshaw. They were very prompt returning phone calls, And Brian was very polite, and knowledgeable. They definitely have a life time customer with me. Will be calling them for all my future heating and plumbing needs.
