I have been using Shaletts for years and have never had a problem. Ink stains on my beige winter jacket - gone, stains on shirts - gone. Yes, sometimes the I'd tag is stapled into the fabric, but it's easy to remove. When I have mentioned loose buttons, they've been cited on the ticket. The staff is friendly and attentive to any request.
NO LONGER SHALETT'S! This location has been taken over by Pier Cleaners which, from past experience, is not up to the quality of Shalett's.
Friendly and dependable. They are as advertised, they clean. Anyone who brings them something permanently stained should take responsibility for it not use a long standing local business as a scape goat :)
This dry cleaners is terrible. They have shrunk clothes, they staple tags through your clothes and make it impossible to take out. Shirts comeback dirty and the overall quality is simply not satisfactory. Not worth it.
Sent a white shirt in and it came back with pen marks. Looked like it hadnt even been washed. They dont clean there, but whoever they sent it did a terrible job.
