Lovely service. Very thorough. Only thing was that they didn't ask if my husband wanted his nails painted but asked me right away. He doesn't care one way or another. But if a gentleman would like his toes painted they'd have to actively ask for it.
My wife visited this salon on Oct 3rd and had a full set done for her birthday. The nails were crooked and longer than she requested them to be. They also didn't even last 2 full weeks despite no rigorous wear and tear.
Always end with a great finished product whether its a pedi/mani or a full set. They take their time and listen to you!
Vi was great! She was super friendly and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted (as I am new to nails). Only giving four stars because after coming home I noticed that the nail art was a little spotty in a few places and got orange on the middle somehow(?), but otherwise it was great! I’m sure Vi would have happily fixed it if I’d asked.
I gave this place a negative review 3 months ago bc they scheduled my appointment wrong. I went back today to give them another shot and I was correct to give them the one star review. I wanted a coffin nail and the girl filed my real nail down to a stiletto point. I’ve spent weeks growing my real nails out and now they are ruined. Left before they could mess up my other hand.
