Its a good place they work hard and its all American
My husband entered your store last week, and was alarmed to see that NO employees were wearing masks! At first he saw a couple of customers without masks, but he suddenly saw that the employees were not wearing them either! What is the problem? He has been buying from Cash for many years, but he said this has convinced him to stay away. You may be losing many more customers with your sloppy and dangerous habits. It’s too bad that you have made such an unwise decision in the midst of the pandemic. These are extraordinary times that call for extraordinary responses. Obviously you made the wrong choice.

Shopped Sunday morning, June 21st just after opening. I was surprised to see no staff wearing masks. I sent a note to the contact email on their website asking them to explain - no answer. I then wrote to the True Value corporate email - no answer. I will not give my business to a company that won't protect their customers to ensure their safety during the pandemic.nnUpdate on October 11th - haven't been in the store for 3 months took a chance on trying again. The man in front of me in the checkout line had no mask on. That means he entered the store, with doors clearly marked that masks are required, and no staff confronted him as he shopped. The cashier flirted with him as he checked out, rather than ask him to put on a mask - I guess the management and staff believe Covid-19 is just a hoax. Very sad and I will go to Home Depot or Lowes from now on.
