Such a great experience! Everybody was so friendly. The building is very clean! You can see staff walking around with cleaning supplies and wiping down points of contact constantly! I felt very safe and enjoyed my whole experience from the moment I arrived!

My stylist was very professional and friendly and I liked how she walked me through everything she was doing and how the products she was using work.

Worst place to go spend my money on coloring. Even showed them a picture of what I wanted and did a poor job. Brittani tried, but I guess they don’t lessen well and finished doing what they think is best for them not the client. ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21I came from a Moorhead Salon with hair already lifted and paid $700 then came to West 13th Salon and paid them $160 first visit came 2 time paid $165 for very poor unhappy results. They toned my hair dark color. I told them if I wanted to go dark I would off just bought a Walmart black hair diy and color it my self at home.ud83dude21ud83dude21 very frustrating. Will never go back and will tell everyone I know my bad experience.
