Ive been going to this place for 10 years and always great service. My cars never look so good. I always purchase the admiral.
This is literally the worst car wash I have ever been to. The first time I brought my car they refused to wash it, they said they were worried it would be damaged. (Honestly, this wasn’t a big deal, but still weird.) I then brought my wife’s car and realized later in the day the entire side was scratched. After not going for a long time, I decided to give it another shot because my wife’s car had not been washed in so long due to Covid. We showed up 20 minutes before closing and the employee completely ignored us for 10 minutes. He finally comes out and says “just so you know we start closing 30 minutes before closing.” This literally makes no sense. Then he sits there saying he guesses he will do is a favor and let us get a car wash. All while being right at my window with no mask on. Worst experience ever.
Vaccum kept falling apart while I was using it. Several mechanical aspects not working properly or out of order, can only use $1 bill to get the $1 coin for the machines.
Used the soft touch, it is a very old piece of machinery. If they didn’t wash the car before going in, I wouldn’t have a clean car. This is not the place to go if you care about your car, it is a matter of time till it gets scratched. If you don’t care about your car, this still isn’t the place for the $$. I paid for an under carriage wash. I don’t think that exists at this location, this might be a buyers beware!
Have to change machines don't work the self-service car washes are confusing and broken most of the time the high pressure soap & rinse is not high pressure at all the whole car wash is aa rip-off. It's designed to take your money and not give you anything in return
