I used to order about 3 years ago food and customer service were both awful! BUT!! I had a great experience tonight!! The food was amazing even with a miscommunication they listened apologized solved the problem made another pizza for FREE and delivered it himself because they were closing at 10.. The gentleman Ali was amazing in his patience and customer service was exceeding a 10!! You are greatly appreciated and we deeply regret any misfortune that came from your delivery!! We will now pick up from here on you earned 10 stars in my book..
Order took 3 hours to arrive. Manager kept lying and saying it was on the way. It arrived cold and rubbery. Manager said he would issue refund through grub hub then went back on his word and did not. We made numerous phone calls and he just kept changing his story. Bottom line... they seem to think if they are 'super busy' that it is acceptable for a delivery to take 3 hours. Too many other choices. Choose someone better, faster and with a bit of integrity.
Awful service! The pizza took over 2 1/2 hours to be delivered, was ice cold and varlic knots were sogg . Management said I had to call grubhub to get a refund, then went back on his word and told grubhub to only give me back 50%. Then offered to make me new pizza, no thanks, not waiting another 2 hours! Manager is a liar and doesn't stand behind what he says.n2 1/2 hours to deliver a pizza 11 minutes away is insane. Poor management and awful food
This place used to be one of favorite pizza places, but over the last 6 months it’s gone way down hill. Pizza gets floppier and more greasy on every order. Another thing I noticed, is that the sauce has changed, which makes me sad because I used to think they had the best sauce in New Haven. Sad but true review...
Just a little bit expensive, but definitely delicious. I think one of the best real brick oven pizzas around without getting burned food.
