The computer menu is confusing and I ended up accidentally joining the expensive monthly plan. the directions for actually driving into the carwash are unclear. I have been to many and I simply put car in neutral and I went through with no wash. Had to go back again but this time the timing was off and left car soapy. The guy helping was also kind of rude blaming me for the bad wash. The 3rd time he actually walked my car in and told me when to put in neutral and wait. This was very unclear and I cannot see how someone can figure this out. Then I tried to get the plan cancelled but he said I'd have to see a manager. After walking around the place for about 10 minutes, another guy told me I have to come back the next day to cancel. I asked if I could cancel by phone but he said this is not possible. I would definitely steer clear of this place. The wash wasn't even that great afterwards and no one came to towel dry like I've seen at other places. I was just thoroughly confused by the whole experience and felt very unwelcome.

I went there today and paid for the most expensive wash, but when I came out my car was not clean AT ALL. There was still dirt and residue on the hood, side mirrors, back, and under the door handles. I could wipe the grime off with my fingers. I called and no one answered. I would have driven back, but I didn’t see an attendant when I drove out. Won’t be going back!

While getting my oil changed once they forgot to reattach one of the hoses, and drove home dragging it the entire way. Other than that, have never had any issues.

Love the car wash! Only problem is I pay the most expensive plan that includes tire shine and unfortunately I always have to ask to get tire shine and I think it should be done.

I went to get my car washed today, the short Hispanic male was extremely rude. After going through the wash and no soap being used I told him he tried to tell me he seen the soap dispense. After a bit of an argument he finally decided to refund me my money. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN !
