I called around to a few places for duct cleaning service, and thoroclean ended up having better prices than anyone, and quick availability. On the day of service, I got a call from the team shortly before they arrived giving me a heads up, which I appreciated. Frank and Adrian introduced themselves, explained what the needed, and were very friendly and professional. They showed up in uniforms, with a nice-looking professional van. The service itself went smoothly, and they were able to show me a video of all the disgusting gunk they removed from the vents--in a house we just bought, its terrifying what was left behind by the previous homeowner. Thanks again to Thomas, Frank, Adrian, and the ThoroClean team for doing a great job.

Matt and Octavio did an amazing job cleaning the carpets in the three bedrooms of my home. To be honest, I thought the carpets were beyond "repair" due to years of teenagers and pets stains. But the guys came in and worked their magic and the carpets look great! And...at a reasonable, fair rate.

Matt and Octavio did a thorough job in cleaning the carpet in my entire home. Great to see all the ugly pet stains gone! Also, kind of Matt and Octavio to offer to move my sofa and end tables so they clean underneath them. Fantastic service done with care, attention, the best attitude, and with a smile.

I just had my carpets done for the first time in a very long time. Lets just say i am very pleased with the service I was given! Matt and I believe his name is Nativo were very professional and went above and beyond what I expected! I saw their coupon in the Val Pack and called them because they listed Pet stain certified. We have 4 animals in our house that don't always make it to the door. I called on a Monday and they scheduled me for that Wednesday with a 3-5 time frame. On Wednesday I received a call letting me know the technicians were on their way. Martin and Octavio looked at what I needed and took it from there. They did super quick and professional work on my carpet and my area rug looks brand new. And there was a LOT of work to be done. We have been in the house for 12 years and never had the carpets cleaned. When they were done it looked like they found another animal there was so much fur. I will recommend them to all my friends. Thank you.
