Had a couple of issues with this place in the past, but recently I got back 4 dress shirts all with a burn/mark in the same location. This was the final strike for me. 2 stars because for a while I had no issues but it seems somethings changed recently.
This business lost 2 of my clothing items in the past 2 months worth close to $180. Apparently they were given to another customer and never came back. I asked to the owner to his face to refund me the money so I could replace the clothing and he told me he would give me a $150 store credit. I agreed and when my wife stopped down to pick up our dry cleaning he refused to give her the credit. Later that evening he called me and was not willing offer me the credit or replace the items.nnDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL LOSE YOUR CLOTHING AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS.
