This team was relentless in their pursuit to fix our hot water heater.nnFirst, on a day they were booked solid, they took the time to stop by, scope out the work and determine a plan of action. This was practically minutes after our early morning call.nnThe fix happened to be a little trickier than originally anticipated, the team returned later that day and were persistent in resolving the issue. They worked diligently into the night, returned the next morning and the problem was fixed.nnOne attribute that became quickly apparent was they take PRIDE in their work. They are nice guys too. I will recommend Jones Plumbing to friends and family.

Called Chris regarding the lack of hot water , he was right on point with what the issue was and provided a solution right over the phone, he then came to my house when he said he would, Gave me a quote and within a few days we had it all fixed, Chris was punctual, courteous, priced fair and very professional, without a doubt Jones Plumbing is and will be my go to for my plumbing needs
Selected Chris based on reviews from a social media group to replace two ten year old exterior no freeze faucets. Chris and his helper were polite, professional, neat, clean and thorough. He didn't just install the faucets, collect his fee and leave. He explained why the existing ones may have failed, explained the replacement parts and explained the dos and don'ts going forward. I plan to call Chris for all our plumbing needs going forward and so should you! PS - Later the same day, Chris sent me a thank you text. 4.5 stars for Chris for sure!
