I came in for an oil change and when I called the person who answered was nice and helpful I was told to go to the back for the service and the technician who was taking care of me was courteous, friendly and very helpful... I was impressed with the service and attention I received.
Used self wash and the person working out in front of the bay bringing cars in acted unprofessional in my eyes thats why 2 stars
Let me say that Jet Spray Car Wash is the BEST! Louis & his team at Jet Spray go ABOVE & BEYOND making your car look PRISTINE... my car looked BRAND NEW after being a mess for a year. These guys are TRUE Professionals... and their prices are the BEST in the Greater Waterbury area. I cannot recommend Jet Spray enough! Also, let me just say that they are SUPER FRIENDLY & a GREAT bunch of guys. They fit me in last minute & then blew my mind by making my car look INCREDIBLE!!! Do yourself a favor and bring your car to Jet Spray Car Wash... you’ll be ABSOLUTELY AMAZED & so HAPPY that you did!!!
