MARCHELLA IS AMAZING!! . I am New to the valley and was recommended the washing machine of Seymour and I love it From the first time I walked in there her spirit is amazing! She’s definitely the reason I will keep coming back.
If you plan on changing the rules with no one inside during the pandemic suddenly Make sure your signs are NOT blocked upon entrance inside, Instead you have nasty customers yelling at others who may not have seen them, people should not have to go moving around objects to see them. Also update the website or FB. Sign is all faded.
Love this laundry mat. Lori is the best worker you have by far. She is polite and friendly. That older Spanish lady is rude and unprofessional. Post owner John harassed me on my review. Totally un proffesinal. I was asked my opion of the the staff. I gave my opion based upon my exsperince. Rosa was the best . Lori is now the best. But when you hire the wrong people . It makes you look bad. He did not like what I told him. Sorry but not sorry. As well he called me multiple times. I stated my. Issues. No need to call me multiple times. Please be professional. I was not gping to change my opinion. I will wash my clothes when Lori. Is an attendance.
Always clean and the machines work great. Prices are good too.
I was in the laundromat on the morning of August 12th at around 10am. It was very busy and I had little time do I inquired as to what the price to do one bag of laundry would be. I was quoted at a ridiculous price and when I told her I would seek other means of doing laundry she got snotty and rude with me. I almost didn’t go back but as this was the first bad experience I’ve had after going there for three years I went back and fortunately the woman who was working the evening shift was beyond nice and helpful!
