Bonchon needs to increase the customer service. I scheduled a pick up for 7:30 and not only did they say they never got my order but I had to wait in line twice to get it. If they are going to schedule pick up orders, then they should be punctual.nnThe food is good to great. Just plan on spending more time than expected waiting for it.
This is certainly one of the most attractive place in the region. Whenever I come to this place I am awfully pleased. They manage their high standard service and the highest level of meals they provide. You surely will enjoy this this restaurant. Highly recommended.
First off I loved that they spelled my name right on the receipt without asking me how to spell it. The seasoned fries are amazing. The chicken soy garlic wings ud83dude0b ud83dude0d.
This is the third time I’ve been given old chicken dipped in sauce. And sorry but to be told to leave a note about wanting quality chicken shouldn’t be the owners response to my complaint. For the price you charge the food should be fresh. You food may taste good but it’s not worth being given old food. A picture will be posted as proof.
So today was my first time trying Boneless from here. Not a huge fan of them, more of a Bone In kinda Gal!....lol...but I just LOVE BONCHON.....the Sweet Crunchy Wings are to DIE FOR!!!...I can eat them EVERYDAY, and I MEAN IT!!...ud83dude1cud83eudd24...The strawberry mango Margarita was yummy...OH and those Seasoned Fries.......super tasty...BonChon is just the place to be.... there chicken is just in its own category!!...see you soon!!...ud83dudc4cud83cudfff
