Do not come here ! I arrived on the date and time I was told to pick up my items and had to wait at least 20 minutes for them to find them . While folding my bedsheets because of course they weren't done and ready, one of the workers continuously kept dropping my PILLOW CASES on the FLOOR. Since they tied them up in a bag when I got home and tried to place my sheets on my bed , my bed sheets and one of the pillow cases were completely DAMPED with WATER . I spent close to 100 dollar's for there service and this is the kind of service I receive ?? DO NOT ATTEND , FIRST AND DEFINITELY LAST .

They did a better job cleaning our futon cover than the last two places we took it to and for a better price. Last two places charged just under 30$ and this time was 5$ less. Overall service was excellent. Definitely going there next time.

About 5 weeks ago I brought in a dress that I wanted shortened a little bit. 3 weeks go by and I hand't heard anything, so I called in and they told me it was "mixed up" with another dress and that they would call when it was done. Today I decided to go in and pick it up, and found it sitting on a rack completed (but still significantly longer than agreed on). They said they didn't call when it was completed because they lost my number. 5 weeks, multiple trips, and it's still too long. Overall seemed careless.
