I have been using this cleaners for more than 10 years, and I can say they are one of the VERY BEST if not THE BEST in the area!. Being a Veteran of the military (Air Force) I have traveled and used many, many other cleaners, so I definitely have experiences to compare with. The customer service at Sylvan is courteous and professional, the quality of cleaning is second to none, and the prices are reasonable. They will also make every attempt to meet your short turn-around time requests. Highly recommend!
They can do many different things, they do a good job cleaning, comes out spotless. The pricing is pretty decent, pretty normal for dry cleaning. The speed is also normal, something's it takes them a bit over a day, and sometimes less.nnBut, some small normal stains, that anyone can get from a party or something, they refuse to clean, they say it's not possible. I understand but now I'm stick to go bring my sit to a different day cleaners.
Always courteous, fast, and good prices. If you pay ahead you get a nice discount. I would highly recommend them.
Worst cleaners ever, avoid them if you can.nTerrible customer service, and absolutely dishonest.nThe older lady is rude and unprofessional she will laugh at your face, she will nickel and dime you etc...nGo somewhere else if you have a choice, they dont deserve your money.
