You know. I really like it, very clean car after I left. Lots of spray, soapy foam, brushy brushes, power pressure water guns, hanging hooks for the floor mat, easy to pay, no one to bother you! Just go and chill at night and wash your 12 year old Volkswagen and leave like a big shot with a shiny ride, like new, all clean. Wash your car here when you’re in Orange! Place is chill. This place is the bus so don’t miss it.

Amazing facilities. I used the touch-less car wash every days and i have not been let down. They have a multitude of self wash bays so you most likely will not have to ever wait to wash your car, plenty of amenities such as rags and cleaners in the dispensers. Love this place!

Could improve in customer service. The place you have to maneuver to enter the full service is quite tight for a big truck and I thought the angle my truck was pointing at was not ready to get into the belt so I tried to reverse to correct it but the attendant told me to pull into the belt the way it was, so I did. Surprise, middle of the wash my truck snapped off the track, I had to start blowing the horn for them to stop the belt. After getting off the truck they told me sometimes it can happen if the truck has suspension problems (news to me as I've used other car washes without a problem and my truck drives as it should, but OK). I went around and paid for a touchless wash just to rinse all the soap the previous wash left on the truck when it was interrupted. I asked for a refund for the first wash ($17) and the attendant reluctantly talked to another guy there (Owner? Manager?) who agreed to refund me, they refunded me $10 for the SECOND wash. At that point I needed to get going and I didn't want to argue about 7 bucks. I appreciate the refund (that I had to ask for), but the customer service could be better.

The owner(s) are always around; the attendants are always helpful. Good places to get a touch-less or traditional wash. The self service bays gives you plenty of room to wash your vehicle.

I decided to try this car wash on my lunch break. I Pulled up to pay at the machine which was giving me trouble. The attendant who was polite came over to help. He told me my card was not charged and inserted it into the machine again, only to find out my card was charged twice. I was told to drive into the car wash which did not work then instructed to back out of the car wash. He assured me he had credit my card and told to come back in an hour there was a problem with the machine. Not happy with the service I did not received and was double charged. Now I have to go thru the aggravation of getting credit. No I do not recommend this car wash.
