Oil change quick and easy the drive in is confusing though

Terrible place since remodel, the associates are about to get put out of a job having the machines do everything.. the red dryers don’t do anything but push water around & the track omg don’t get me started it always breaks I could be next in line and the track breaks with a car on it.. I’m surprised I haven’t had a problem with that thing... place wants to take my money so bad by buying a 3 dollar blue towel to dry my own car??? The machines barley do any work... no free vacuums I have to spend my money. I used to love coming here and giving tips to the three boys that I see everyday working hard and now they can’t even get tips correctly??? They have to share a shame when it’s just for them not for anyone else I rather just stuff it in their pocket for them... the managers seem to stand around and put everyone to work... terrible management.... I will not be coming here againnMEMBERSHIP CANCELED

Second time disappointed. I paid for wells and tires ending cleaning my selfs.

Great location with newly remodeled equipment! Unfortunately they don't perform the same level of service anymore unless you upgrade to a high fee, the highest in the area.nCar is washed well automatically then you are on your own to clear your wet windows & wipe off all the remaining suds & mud that is missed when rinsed & air blown.nBefore the remodel they wiped down the car including rims. This was replaced with automation that leaves mud remaining on my rims every time. Within a few miles I see black dots of tire shine accumulating on the sides of my car from spraying off of my tires and it dries there until the next washing.nFor $3 you can buy their towel for DiY and they'll refresh it with a clean one each time - but you either keep it in your car wet & dirty until next visit or have to walk thru the lot for exchanging because the guy stationed in the vacuum area doesn't exchange towels.nThe simple and quick service their team previously provided was what put Splash above the rest. A couple of guys on each side last winter would wipe the windshield and rear view mirrors for safety within 2 minutes; this winter the water and suds will freeze by the time I get to the vacuum area.nMust add: all of the guys in the incoming area are fabulous!! But the outgoing end just fell apart. I had to downgrade my membership because Splash took away the aftercare service without changing the monthly fee.

Very kind and thorough. They even did a service I didn’t ask for because they realized a problem. Kindly gave me a recommendation and did not push when declined. Will definitely come back!
