Shelby Station

Amtrak is doing it's best to make riding it's long-distance trains a pleasure and pleasant experience.

Taking a train from Shelby, Montana to Everett, Washington. Got to the train station ready to depart at 5:22pm and was informed that it was now not going to leave until 9:03pm. I drove 3hrs to get there and had set up to receive text messages incase it was delayed. I got none and was told by Amtrak to bad there is nothing they can do. We where going to be kicked out of the station at 6:30pm with no where to go. So disappointed from the lack of caring from customer service.

My trip to Chicago and back was very pleasant. Great food on the train.

Google maps has no listing for the Empire Builder train West to East, although it lists East to West Empire Builder Train...
