Leah is professional and knowledgeable on everything she does. If you aren't satisfied she isn't satisfied. She listens to what you want and advises you on what is needed. Her store is always clean, and is decorated/pleasing to the eye.
I walked in to make an appt but was told she couldnt schedule me cuz it was the girls day off and she had her book. I asked to be scheduled with another but she said she couldnt do that since I asked for the other girl 1st. I give up sorry thats just poor customer service. Why didnt she call her insread I was told to call her... Nevermind!
If you don't schedule 2 weeks out, you won't get in....I also left 2 messages that weren't returned..

I moved to Shelby, MT in February 2015. I had a hard time finding a stylist that I truely enjoyed and gave me what I wanted. This salon is the greatest, there is laughing, crying and blowing off steam, but you always get your hair taken care of the way you like it.....I highly recommend Shanna or Leah, you really need to check it out if you are having issues with your current beautician.
