Sunshine Carpet Cleaning did great work on the apartment. They called to inform us of their arrival. Wore masks throughout the entire process. They were courteous and able to complete the tasks in a timely manner. Thank you very much. We will be calling to get this done atlesat Twice a year. Thanks Steve!

I’m writing this review on behalf of my 82 year old grandma, who wasn’t able to write this herself. I’m honestly appalled to hear about her experience with this company. She had called around to schedule a cleaning in her modest apartment, and came across Sunshine as her most affordable option. She scheduled her appointment, and was then contacted by another company with a better price of $120 (versus the $150 quoted by Sunshine). When my grandma called to cancel her appointment with Sunshine, the man asked why, and she said because she had received a better price elsewhere. The man at Sunshine said they would do it for the $120. Great! My grandma kept her appointment. The day of the man starts to clean my grandma’s carpet and he tells her it’s going to be $150. She questions him and says you said it would be $120, otherwise I would’ve cancelled! He spouts some BS and she tells him to pack up his stuff and leave because that’s not what they had agreed upon. He then, AGAIN, agrees to the $120 for a SECOND time. Upon completing the cleaning of her entire carpet, he says it’s going to have to be $150 because of the sanitizer used because of Covid, blah blah blah. Needless to say more poor 82 year old grandma was duped and she was very upset about it. How sad is it that a company takes advantage of an EIGHTY TWO YEAR OLD WOMAN, living by herself, on a fixed income? No morals. $30 is a lot these days. Sunshine Cleaning should be ashamed. I know I’m ashamed of them.

First, Steve called promptly to schedule the appointment for “around 10:30/11:00”. He called at a 11:00 to say he’d be a little late. When I asked how far out he was, he said about 45 minutes. He and and his worker finally showed up at noon. This didn’t bother me so much since I was home and didn’t have any other plans for the afternoon. The work performed, however, was disappointing. ud83dude14I have a small tiled shower that I wanted to have cleaned (a mix of white and gray grout) and resealed.nnAreas were missed and the ones that were done didn’t come out was white/cleaned as I had hoped. The base of the shower looks like it was not even touched. They were in and out in one hour and charged me $300.nnI would not recommend them or use them again. I could’ve saved a great deal of money just buying a cleaner and sealer from Amazon and doing it myself. And, done a better job.

Purchased cleaning via Groupon. Was advices by Steve that he can not honor the price. He charged additionally for drive even that it was within 20 miles as per advertisement. I had 3 rooms serviced. Carpet does not look clean after the service, no spots were removed. Very disappointing experience! I do not recommend this company! I told Steve after $170 dollars I need to get other carpet company in to provide their service with care. He doesn’t seem like he cares, very unpleasant .

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Poor quality of work!! HIS ONLY CONCERN WAS, THE FORM OF PAYMENT AND GETTING TO HIS NEXT CUSTOMER HE WAS HERE MAYBE 45 minutes. HORRIBLE SERVICE....AND WANTED TO BE PAID BEFORE I INSPECTED THE CARPETS. HE ASKED IF I WANTED CARPET FRESHENER FOR $45 extra. MY RESPONSE WAS NO. HE THEN SAID HE CAN DO IT FOR $25.
