They won’t give you a quote over the phone, saying they have to see the problem first. The gentleman came out, and not only was the quote ridiculously expensive, he told me it’s the same price for every routing job regardless. I mean the price was crazy expensive. Like mortgage payment range. So that’s a scam. The serviceman was extremely nice though and did a little work on the clogged drain without actually routing the pipe.Don’t bother with this overpriced, antiquated company. Just go on Thumbtack and post your problem to find someone to do this straightforward task for a reasonable cost.
The gentleman was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and gave me a price up front. Did his job quickly and quietly. Had another come to use a camera in the pipe.
Professional, competent and courteous. Marlon kept me informed and answered all my questions on the repairs that needed to be performed. All work was completed as promised and no more leaks Yeah!
The service man that came out, Franklin Trujillo was great. He was extremely helpful and very professional. He did an excellent job, and completed the job (that could have been very messy) with minimal mess at most. I highly recommend him.
