Upon a horrible experience with Stanley Steamer, I was referred to Scott and his team from another tenant in my building who highly recommended I give them a call. My apartment's carpet was a disaster, water damage from an AC unit, years of stains and anything else you could imagine... Scott and his team went above and beyond my expectations and made my apartment look better than it did when we had moved in. They showed up on time (which never happens with other service companies), worked quickly to fix as much as they could while maintaining a high level of professionalism the entire time. It was really a pleasure working with Scott and his team - they are the reason I got my security deposit back which before they came I had thought there was no chance of that happening... Since this experience I have referred them to many of my friends and family because I know and trust they will get the job done right!

I would strongly recommend Scott Kern and his crew at Rainbow International of Hamden.nnIt can be very unnerving to watch water flow into your home. At the time it happened I couldn’t imagine my home being restored to its pre-disastrous condition. Truth is, when Rainbow finished, It looked better, like new!nnTheir prompt response coupled with their ease and efficiency in dealing with my insurance company alleviated so much of my stress.nnEach day they were in my home they were patient, personable and honest.

Items missing from my home. When I repeatedly asked for an inventory list, I never received one. I feel like I was robbed. Emails went unanswered. Never again, reported them to my insurance company

Scott and his team made a difficult situation so much easier. Their professionalism, patience and attention to detail truly helped us understand our situation and get through it. They were kind, courteous, punctual, and did an amazing job from start to finish. They were also helpful in referring us to contractors for repairs after their clean up. I would definately recommend them.
