While I was visiting family in the new haven area, I stopped by here to get a quick wash. Justin, the manager, was so friendly. My car was soo clean when I left, it was like looking in a mirror! I will definitely be back on my next trip there! Thanks guys

I have been an unlimited customer at Splash for several years now and my experience there has always been pleasant however a few days ago I had an emergency; white paint was splashed all over my (red) car from a runaway paint can on the road. In my panic, I drove to Splash immediately (like a bat out of hell) and lucky for me Justin, the manager, was standing outside. I showed him the problem and he told me not to panic, I got there quick enough so the paint didn't dry and he assured me that he would take care of it. Within seconds, he took my car to the detail area and did his magic (while I paced and bit off all of my nails). 15-20 mins late he brought my car out with not 1 drop of paint on it. Again, I have always had positive experiences at Splash; the supervisors and managers (Jessica and Justin) are pleasant and professional, the cashiers have been helpful (and funny at times) and the workers are always accomadating (even when I point out that they missed a spot), but this day was exceptional!! Thanks again Justin and Crew!!

I haven't had my car washed in a long time, between the Covid virus and being busy before that. I paid $17 and change and got a really good car washing. The staff wore masks which I appreciate. They used a spray on the windows and vacuumed the inside and it went through the cleaning track inside. Overall my car looks much better, especially because the birds got a hold if it this week.

Splash in Hamden, CT will ask if you would like to be able to come back within 30 days to receive the same wash, UNLIMITED on the day that you pay for your initial visit. They failed (per the rep I just spoke to and from what I know) to mention that there will be a monthly charge. My cc was charged $56 without my approval and I need to go into their business in order for them to refund me??? I do not appreciate this!!. The rep mentioned it so casually, 'if you were here 30 days ago they failed to tell you'. Okay so you should be initiating my refund right? Nope, I had to ask for it!!!!
