Great service, very professional, knowledgeable staff, clothes couldn’t be better! Definitely will return! Clean environment, highly recommended, got stains out that I tried for weeks to get out!
Poor customer service, my sweaters still had stains on them! When I asked what can we could do she answered “You put the stains there I didn’t !” I was hoping for better customer service response like I apologize stains didn’t come out but let me offer you a discount on the dry cleaning . She then said stains don’t come out because of organic ingredients they use, so my question is if you know that why didn’t she give me a fair warning .... so much for being “Cleaners” .
